Kids, especially those who are overweight, usually enjoy breads and meats far more than they enjoy vegetables. Veggie Tools provides parents with a way to help kids eat and enjoy more vegetables, thus helping them achieve healthy eating habits and a healthy weight. Most kids have at least a short list of vegetables they enjoy, perhaps prepared in a certain way. Veggie Tools helps to identify these vegetables, and children sign a contract to eat these vegetables in exchange for a promise from parents to provide these vegetables. In addition, kids agree to try one new vegetable every week, two weeks, or month, prepared the way the parent(s) agree(s).
