Dr. Cluff received his Medical Doctor (M.D.) degree at the Texas Tech University School of Medicine in Lubbock, Texas, and did his Family Medicine Residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Conroe, Texas.  Prior to medical school he performed genetic and immunological research at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas.

He is a member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Family Physicians, Texas Medical Association, and Dallas County Medical Society.  He is also currently a member of the City of Irving Childhood Obesity Task Force.  Dr. Cluff is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM). 

Dr. Cluff’s hobbies include competitive volleyball, racquetball, computers, writing, playing piano, singing, watching movies, and spending time with his wife, Sandra, and six children, ages 4-16. He is also fluent in Spanish.
